Prioritizing Your Success with Our Fee Structure

At Medical Tattooing Billing Services, we offer a PREMIUM SERVICE with a transparent and fair fee structure that benefits both our Artist/Providers and our business. We operate on a performance-based model, meaning that we share in your success, getting paid only when you do. Our fee structure is straightforward: 65 - 75% of the collected reimbursement goes directly to our amazing Artists/Providers, while MTBS retains 25 - 35%. We also have a one-time Set-up fee for new artists, covering out-of-network provider enrollment with insurance companies whenever possible and the creation/management of your NPPES NPI Provider Identifier (NPI) Account and Taxonomy designation.

As your dedicated billing partner, MTBS takes care of the entire process of collecting patient information, managing the patient approval process, invoicing your patients for their financial responsibilities (if any), submitting claims for your services provided, and collecting reimbursements from insurance providers. Once the funds are received, we distribute the respective amounts to our artists, ensuring a smooth and delightful experience. This structure aligns our interests with yours, as we work diligently to negotiate and maximize your claim payments and minimize claim denials.
