These terms govern your use of www.mtbs.ink, operated by Medical Tattooing Billing Services ("MTBS", "we", "our"). By using the site you agree to them. Services MTBS provides to artists and patients are governed by the separate written agreement you sign with us; where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement controls.

What this site is

This website provides information about MTBS billing services, a directory of artists in the MTBS network, resources for network providers, and forms for contacting us or beginning the authorisation process.

What this site is not

Nothing on this site is medical advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of insurance coverage. Coverage decisions are made by insurance companies based on your plan, your documentation, and their own criteria. Descriptions of typical timelines, coverage categories, and reimbursement are general information drawn from our experience and are not a promise of any particular outcome.

The provider directory

Artists listed in the directory are independent businesses, not employees or agents of MTBS. We do not supervise their clinical work. Listing does not constitute an endorsement or a warranty of any artist's licensing, insurance, training, or results. Verify credentials yourself before booking. Any agreement for services is between you and the artist.

Provider Manual and member materials

The MTBS Provider Manual and the member area are confidential and proprietary. Access is granted to artists in the MTBS network for their own use. You may not copy, publish, or distribute these materials outside the MTBS network without our written permission. Access may be withdrawn at any time.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information in forms you submit
• Do not submit another person's protected health information without authority to do so
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
• Do not use the site to send unlawful, misleading, or infringing content
• Do not scrape, republish, or resell the directory or any other content

Intellectual property

The MTBS name, logo, site content, and Provider Manual are owned by MTBS or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. Everything else requires our written permission.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties, including Google Forms for patient authorisation and superbill submission and video hosting for the manual. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTBS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MTBS against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after we post changes means you accept them.
